Most business leaders have potential opportunities they are not taking action on, and priority problems they are too busy to resolve.
When I chat to a potential new client, one of the first questions I ask them is “What Potential Opportunities are you aware of but, for whatever reason, are not taking action on, and What are your 3 top priority problems right now.”
The majority of them quickly share 3 to 5 potential opportunities, or priority problems.
Their reasons for not taking action range from: “I am spending too much time working IN my business, not ON my business”
To: “I am not happy with how my top team is functioning. I think some of them are not up to scratch, or in the wrong role.”

So, when I start to work with a new client their potential opportunities and priority problems are the first things we address.
