Welcome to the Business Development and Growth Program
This Program has been created specifically for Business Owners, and will provide you with all the knowledge, skills and information you will need to create and implement your Business Plan, and take your business to the next level.
Whatever stage in the business lifecycle your company is at, from a start-up, to a mature business, this program will provide great value.
This new training program has been built around the 8 chapters of my Business Development and Growth Workbook which covers all aspects of starting, building, growing and ultimately preparing your exit strategy from your business.
The program has been designed to suit businesses of all sizes, and at any stage of the business life-cycle from new start-up to a mature business.
For a start-up, the program will provide all the knowledge, skills and information you will need to ensure that your business is set up optimally, i.e. that the important types of asset protection you need are put in place, and after going through the workbook with you coach or mentor you have a clear understanding of everything you will need to know as you build, and grow your business.
For an established business, whichever stage in the business lifecycle you are currently in, it will serve as a business health check to ensure that you have everything in place to take your business to the next level, that you have a current Business Plan for at least the next 3 years, and that it is set up so that you will be able to secure funding for your growth plan, to attract potential investors and ultimately for you to exit the business and achieve your desired exit value.
During your one-on-one training program meetings, your business coach or mentor will go through all the content in the Workbook and make sure you understand exactly how it applies to your Business.
They will also get you started on your business plan using the templates and financial spreadsheets provided in the workbook.
Running your own business is not easy. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, more than 60 percent of small businesses fail within the first three years of their start-up journey.
This doesn’t mean their product or service wasn’t good enough! More often than not, it simply means they didn’t fully understand the challenges that come with running their own business.
Taking action to implement the workbook will make sure you are equipped and prepared to meet those challenges.
The workbook has 8 chapters which cover all aspects of starting and setting up your business, managing it effectively, building it, growing it and preparing your exit strategy from your business.
There should be nothing happening in your business that doesn’t logically fit under one of the 8 chapters, possibly more than one.
It provides in-depth guidelines and a comprehensive explanation of the options you will have to consider for all the key elements of your Business Plan.
Your business plan will provide a roadmap from which you will manage and operate your business and refer to for direction in times of doubt. It should clearly lay out the long-term milestones that are most important to the ongoing success of your business.
